I was sooo excited for this location close to home AND work! Have gone there several times for my self but when I have to order a day in advance for my work it is SUCH a headache and no one is willing to work with me. This last time I called, there was not a manager on sight and the employee had to give them a call to get the okay for the order (Completely understand)..... bad part was is that they did not put me on hold and I could hear the aggravated conversation they were having with the manager. They were not willing to work with my company on a box lunch order and had told me to contact another FireHouse to see if we had a previous order in the system with them. In all fairness I understand that it would be easy to duplicate an order that had already been placed in moths previous, but I have repeatedly tried to place an order with this location because it is MUCH closer to my work and they have NEVER been willing to work with anyone here that has tried to order. I think in the future we will not be using this location for our business needs.
Love this location! They cater to vegetarian requests to change their gloves without complaints or attitudes.
My family and I love Firehouse! Favorite chain sub shop by far. As a busy parent ordering for multiple people at once, it's super helpful that they have unique pre-designed sandwich choices to choose from. We love the chicken/bacon/ranch combo! This location is clean and is good about having our order ready on time (when we decide to order online in advance - another perk!).
Firehouse subs never disappoints. I am a sandwich guy and this is the best place around. Fresh ingredients, and friendly staff.
