Great place with amazing staff! I had a problem with the car overheating and they were able to squeeze me in and take a look at some suspension issues I was having. Very trustworthy staff, who saved the busted parts to show me how necessary the repairs were. I definitely will be bringing my family's business here for many years to come! I was looking for family owned auto repair shop locally in St. Charles. Len's fit the bill. They were able to get my son's and daughter's cars taken care of at the 11th hour. The staff was friendly and it seemed like I had known them forever. I would recommend them without a doubt.
Unbelievable service, over the top in fact! Our Suburban had a nail in the tread of the tire, and we were leaving for a tournament out of town with a mandatory check in time. We could not be late as our son would not be allowed to compete. With the last minute call to Len's Auto Repair they made sure to get us in and out so quickly.
